Another election is just around the corner. They won't do anything that would jeopardize their chance of winning. They try to be at the safe spot. They don't openly OPPOSE the bill neither do they SUPPORT it. They want to appear as friendly to both sides. You have a nice argument though. Thanks for sharing.
