If ever my life’s going to be made as a movie (which I find very unlikely), I already have an ending scene/end credits in mind.

The scene starts with me talking with a friend. Depending on how my life turns out to be, either we go separate ways or I just take my leave after meeting that friend of several decades (or months). The scene happens on a sidewalk of a long road (Baywalk comes to mind). And as I turn to walk towards north (or south, but I think I prefer the north), the camera moves upward, showing my back, walking; the camera follows me slowly until I am just a speck in the scene. Then, the credits roll.

It’s not an original shot; it was how the end credits of Good Will Hunting wa shot (except that Will Hunting was driving, and Matt Damon looks way better than me).

I also have a music piece in mind. It’s a composition by Marc Shaiman for the movie Simon Birch (which was based on that devastating novel by John Irving entitled A Prayer for Owen Meany). It’s around five minutes long, which is enough to cover for some dialogue and the credits.
