A New Cellphone – Dead After A Year

What would you do if you find yourself having bought a new cellphone that was the first and the last in line?

Introducing the Nokia 7710:

This one is the first Symbian phone to don the Series 90 user interface. (Technically it was not the first: the prototype for the series, 7700, was never released.) Then, Symbian announced that the Nokia Series 90 has been discontinued, barely a year after 7710 was released.

No wonder you cannot find applications and games suitable for it. Trend Micro Mobile Security doesn’t support it. Only F-Secure supports Series 90, and Heaven knows till when.
