Papayag ba tayo? Hindi po. Hindi!

WALA KAYONG KARAPATANG PALAYASIN AT LAITIN ANG MGA TAONG NAGHIHIRAP AT NAGBUBUWIS NG BUHAY PARA MALAMAN ANG KATOTOHANAN AT MAALIS ANG CORRUPTION SA ATING LIPUNAN.NAKAKALUNGKOT LANG ISIPIN NA UNTI UNTI NG NAWAWALA ANG NASYONALISMO SA ATIN. HAYYYY BAYAN KO KELAN KA MULING MAKAKALAYA!

  6. By the way, do not comment against me. This is our own personal view.

With regards to Hello Garci scandal, I am strongly favor that this controversy shall make open to public and in order to know the truth whether or not President Arroyo is actually conniving with COMELEC Chairman Garcillano on vote manipulation.

A mere apology alone doesn’t make her guilty until it has been proven beyond reasonable doubt. Of course, there are Senate oppositions will attempt to raise this proposal to open this kind of controversies and settle everything and not merely on plain averments. However, there are so many impediments to do that.

But, even if it is a mere violation of constitutional infirmity, do you agree that it shall be a sacrifice after all, that even it is an offense, she must won the 2004 elections? If not, we are not sure of other Presidential Candidates who can give possible future for us and a lesser evil? President Arroyo has done something good for others, even not absolute, than to do nothing at all.
She ameliorates our foreign relations with other countries, improve the strenthening of the peso without prejudicing overseas remittances, improves the infrastructure of the expressway, invites prospective investors in our country and the like. But I know there are others remained at the point of sufferings believing that she didn’t fulfil her duties and promises.

With regards to ZTE Scandal, for me, she is not involved in that bribery scam. Ask questions about it, whether or not, she receives the kickback or not, before, during or after she rescind the contract during her (and the cabinets) meeting with Chinese President and his cabinets?

It is the Supreme Court who can rebut that presumption. It is much better to file first the Petition to the Supreme Court and let the Magistrates decide. It is their Judicial prerogative. It is nothing bad to assemble themselves in a rally, but let the Court decide first the case. Nothing will happen in only a plain whims that we show.

Is President Arroyo guilty? For me, she is not. Sandiganbayan first then SC if they don’t believe in the Sandiganbayan’s decision.

But I strongly believe that FG Mike Arroyo is the suspect in receiving kickbacks, together with ex-COMELEC Chairman Abalos, Joey deVenecia, and several “John Does”. Perhaps, Lucio Tan might share in this illegal transactions. Why is he there? What is his busines there?

In ABS-CBN Harapan, ask those opposite panel. Why he will be jailed if he approves the contract under BOT rather than Loan Package mode of financing the project according to the terms of contract? Remember that the Republic of the Philippines has no money to be used under Build-Operate-Transfer type of contract. ZTE will just provide facilities, operate them until it recovers its expenses and give it to the Philippines. Why it has to convert to Loan Package? The one who will pay is us taxpayers.

Remember that they are extremely difficult to fight those corrupt officials before us. They are fond of telling lies 100%. Everything has to prove in order to show them a convincing guilt.

About Executive Order 464. It is true that Legislative, Executive and Judicial Branch of Government has their own Domain of Power. The Legislative may investigate to the Executive of its alleged corruption. But Executive officials are always fond of clothing themselves with EO 464, that is, it gives them privilege not to appear in Senate by virtue of Separation of Powers, and including its papers. It is true of Separation of Powers, but there is a limitation. EO 464 is used only on lawful purposes thereof but not for the purpose of these investigation of searching those NBN Papers allegedly an evidence of corrupt practices of those officials.

  7. Most of the people believes in the credibility of the testimony of Star Witness Lozada, and so am I.
But, remember, the opposition in the Senate is also corrupt to. However, there are some who are not (like Allan Peter Cayetano). There are pro-Arroyo administration which are not (like Miriam Defensor-Santiago).
It was amazing that there is a balancing force. Neither both sides are good nor bad, as the case may be. How can the Senate sue the officials in the Executive, if they are both in pari delicto? But, it is important that there is an expose (exposei) made by Lozada.

Remember the pestilence of EO 464. This law observes the constitution on doctrine of separation of powers. But the purpose of the Senate is to investigate the other domain (Executive) for purpose of examination of NBN Documents whether or not they could find evidence of alleged corruption.
That purpose of investigation shall be an exception to EO 464.

Nowadays, corrupt executive officials use them for purpose of impunity, and clothing them with protection of their evil actions. Supreme Court shall scrap the EO 464 at once. Because of this, it is tantamount to OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.

So many OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. Those are examples:
    1. Lozada’s appearance at the Senate was protracted because two unknown men was forced him to ride in the car, and have him signed AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE, acknowledging him on his waiver to appear to the Senate, BY DURESS, FORCE, INTIMIDATION, UNDUE INFLUENCE.
This is Obstruction of Justice as against Public Policy to know the truth through his testimony and the role of his appearance at the Senate.

    2. Delegates (officials) from Executive Dept kept themselves clothed with EO 464 Protection. That is, privileged not to appear at the Senate and show NBN Papers to identify transactions entered into, as evidence of corruption (like Overpricing of Contract, bribery, etc…) Those are significant matters that the Senate needs.

    3. Evidence sufficiently adduced by Ombudsman hopefully but sometimes impeded upon, to find those said officials guilty of a crime in violation of RA 3019.

    4. If they will be held on trial, counsels of the defendant will play a major role in using technicalities than merits on the case. With these, accused will be acquitted, not because they are not guilty, but evidence are very weak to impute to them.

We can still pray silently to ask for intercession. WE are in danger of injustices. Remember there are things that we cannot do and that is the reason why we need our government. But the officials working there, we cannot depend on. We have our part of our money being paid as taxes to the government, but they misappropriate it. They shall be charged with a CRIME OF MALVERSATION OF PUBLIC FUNDS. We have Revised Penal Code Book 2, but we cannot use it, neither lawyers, judges, prosecutors because they cannot proved their guilt.
Corrupt officials play dirty tactics with them….

  8. REMEMBER THAT OUR PROJECTS ARE DELAYED FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME:
    1. NAIA 3 TERMINAL CONSTRUCTION
    2. NORTHRAIL AND SOUTHRAIL PROJECT. LRT 2 is finished.
    3. MEGA-PACIFIC Automated Election Machine
    4. ZTE Telecommunication for Government Sensitive Data
    5. I think some Housing Project for Soldiers according to Pres. Arroyo, I think.
